http://www.saunazone.co.za | The idea of relaxing in a sauna sounds like a wonderful idea. There are different versions of the sauna that you can buy for your home. One of the many different home saunas is that of the infrared sauna. This type of sauna uses the infrared rays to help heal your body of the many toxins that are found in our atmosphere.

The most common use that you can find in infrared sauna use is that of portable saunas. These portable saunas use the infrared rays to heat the water that is placed in the infrared sauna. Once the sauna is heat to the optimum heat the internal reflecting panels that are placed around the sauna will make sure that your entire body from the neck down is enveloped by hot air.

This infrared heat that is produced in the infrared sauna will cause your body to sweat quite a lot. The sweating that is produced will bring many health benefits to you. Among these benefits is that of opening your pores so that your blood circulation flows freely through the body.

You will also see that your skin is tightening considerably as the various heavy metals and other foreign substance that have accumulated in the skin are washed out of your body via the sweat. The other benefit to your health that you will find as a result of the infrared sauna is that of the calories are burned as if you had gone through a cardiac workout.

Since the infrared sauna heats to a constant degree you will find that even though you are sweating profusely your body is not burning up as opposed the traditional sauna rooms. While these infrared saunas are much safer for your body compared to the normal sauna you should still consult a doctor before you start using any saunas.

You can buy these infrared saunas from different companies that produce state of the art saunas like that of an infrared sauna. When you look for these companies you should see if you can find brochures that detail how these infrared saunas work. You will also need to find a good deal for the type of infrared sauna that catches your eye.

As there are different types of infrared saunas you will need to look carefully at these many products and choose a sauna that you will feel comfortable in. Infrared saunas are great places for anyone to relax and let the soothing infrared rays seep into your skin and unravel the knots of the day’s work.

Own a Home Sauna | Buy an Infrared Sauna | Saunas for Sale | Sauna Manufacturers

Did you want to have your own sauna? Of course before this, you must go to spa to make your body look more beautiful right? All now is on your home. At Saunazone, you can design for your home making it more comfortable without need to out from your home. Most people do not consider sweating a good thing, but experts tell us that sweating does play a huge part in keeping the body healthy. Far infrared saunas are ideal when it comes to helping detoxify your body and staying healthy. When you sweat your body rids itself of waste material and unhealthy toxins, as well as helping to regulate your temperature.
Traditional steam saunas can cause people to have breathing difficulty with the extremely warm air. Where an infrared sauna will heat the body instead of the air. This results are a lower power bill as well as deep tissue penetration resulting in a better sauna experience.
Infrared saunas can aid in weight loss. This is because the body has to work harder to maintain temperature when exposed to a lot of heat, which means your body is burning more calories even though you’re stationary. In fact, you can burn up to 600 calories in only 30 minutes when using an infrared sauna.
For example, THE MINI sauna is just R5999,00. If you compared for every day you are going to sauna, you can save your money and get more profit from infrared sauna. While our skin is our largest organ, it can also be our biggest enemy when it comes to aging. Years of sun damage, along with an accumulation of dirt and toxins, can make us look old before our time. The deep heat of infrared saunas induces sweating, which is a natural way to cleanse the skin, and helps blood flow, which brings nutrients to the skin. In addition, far infrared saunas restore the elasticity of ligaments and tissues - including skin tissue - which helps to make us feel and look younger.
Not only will your power bill be lowered, but using an Infrared Sauna will allow for greater, more extensive tissue penetration. These saunas have been used to treat diseases and drug addiction, and have been found to increase flexibility and help bodies get rid of toxins. Cellular activities are instantly enhanced, which results in better circulation and, often times, an increase in metabolism.
So, what are you waiting more. Take it to your home now. Call Saunazone 0860448367

Sauna | The temperature is warm, between 40-60 C

As you no doubt know, saunas are an age old innovation from the Scandinavian countries, devised to promote good health and vigour .
The principle is simple yet effective. The canadian hemlock panelled room is electrical heated to the desired temperature using special pure ceramic emmitters adjusted to personal preference by digital control.
The temperature is warm, between 40-60 C, but the dry air ensures that the atmosphere in the sauna is very pleasant.
Perspiration is stimulated and the pores of the skin cleansed, but because of the very low humidity the perspiration evaporates and keeps the skin cool.
Combine a sauna with your spa or canadian hemlock SaunaZOne Sauna and you have probably the most complete environment to relax and rejuvenate in.
Canadian Hemlock is remarkable timber that grows in the dense, damp temperature of Canada’s Pacific Coast forest and provides one of the most perfect timbers for building. It weathers well, it’s virtually impervious to pests and rot.
The natural oils inherent in Canadian Hemlock make it ideal for saunas and hot tubs- not only is it attractive, aromatic and easy to create excellent carpentry, but high temperatures don’t affect it.
Saunas can be built as portable or custom built on site to any size or design, indoor or outdoor.

SAUNA LIGHT THERAPY-SAUNAZONE

Chakra is a Sanskrit word meaning “wheel”.  A chakra is like a vortex:  a constantly revolving wheel of energy.  These vortexes connect the subtle bodies and act as transducers for life-force energy.
The chakras distribute the life force through the physical and subtle bodies.  They are the source of physical, emotional, mental and spiritual energy.
Traditionally, there are seven major chakras associated with the physical body.  They are aligned with the spine and located in the base of the spine, the lower abdomen (sacral), the solar plexus, the heart, the throat, the centre of the forehead (third eye), and the crown of the head.
When our chakras are blocked, or not in balance, the free flow of energy is impeded, leading to physical, emotional, mental or spiritual dis-ease.  When the chakras are unblocked and free-flowing, however, we enjoy optimum health.
Each chakra is associated with specific colours and governs different aspects of human emotion and behaviour.  Using Spa-Valous™ candles with the chakras and colour therapy can have a great healing effect. There are 7 different fragranced candles in the Spa- Valous™ Soy Cosmetic Body Massage Candle range. Each candle relates to a different chakra. All the candles are dye free and white in colour, it is the fragrance of the essential oils and body safe fragrances that relate to the different chakra colours.

How to pick the best infrared sauna- by SA SaunaZone Saunas

Don’t just read about saunas…take some time to try a few different brands. You can generally find them at holistic care places and spas. The benefits of far infrared saunas are tremendous when you get the right one.

I tried quite a few before choosing the SA Sauna brand far infrared sauna. And I know I made the right choice. I have lost weight (without dieting) and my skin is so soft that even at the age of 54, I no longer need moisturizer.

Infrared saunas are probably one of the best health choice purchases I have ever made…and I’ve now owned 3. (I’ve bought different ones to fit in different decors.)

Find out more about the best infrared saunas.

DRY INFRARED SAUNA | VERY LOW HUMIDITY | RELAXATION

The dry infrared sauna is a moderate temperature, very low humidity hot air bath that makes the sauna bathers sweat very profusely. New comers to this form of dry heat bathing and relaxation will need 2 to 6 weeks of regular use to acclimatize to the hot dry environment.

Hot dry saunas can be enjoyed for many reasons: as a work-out for the cardiovascular system, a deep-cleansing treat for the body, an immune system booster, and a soothing and invigorating refreshment for the mind.
There are a few precautions to keep in mind. Because of the increase in cardiovascular activity caused by the traditional hot temperature, dry saunas are not recommended for people with heart disease or other cardiovascular problems. Individuals with high blood pressure should first consult their doctor. In addition, the hot dry sauna is not advised for pregnant women, small children, or the elderly. If you have been working out, be sure that your body has had time to cool down before exposing it to the heat of a sweat bath.

Home SaunaZone SAUNA- Probably one of my best investments

Probably one of the best investments I’ve ever made is purchasing a portable infrared sauna.  Not only does it provide me with great stress relief after a long day of work, it is also a good means for healthy skin and detoxification.  In many cultures around the world, the sauna has been considered a vital part to one’s daily life for physical, mental and spiritual rejuvenation.

Throughout history the sauna has gone under many stages of evolution, mainly due to cultural influence and emerging technology.  There are wet and dry versions of the sauna.

Some of the oldest recorded saunas were pits dug into the earth where rocks were heated to high temperatures.  A basic covering was used over the heated rocks to capture the heat and induce sweating. Water could even be thrown on the hot stones to produce steam.

Here is a brief list of the progression of sauna types:

- The Smoke Sauna is one of the original saunas and is basically described in the preceding paragraph.  This type of sauna has also been fitted with a chimney fixture to eliminate the irritating effects of collecting smoke.

- A continuous fire stove is a more recent version of the above and requires continued manual support to fuel the fire.  The latest of this type are the similar electrically heated saunas which are often found in gyms or homes.  One of the negative part of the traditional saunas is that the air temperatures can average around 80 degrees celcius, which can make extended sessions uncomfortable or a session difficult to maintain for the recommended time.

- Infrared saunas use a technology that

saunatek quote has been around since the 1950s where a special bulb produces rays similar to those of the sun without the UV radiation.  The bulb heaters don’t increase the temperature of the air to extreme temperatures but penetrate the skin to promote perspiration.  I generally break into a good continuous sweat when the temperature reaches about 60 degrees celcius, almost half that of the conventional saunas.  Infrared technology saunas have been researched and purport to provide the same health benefits of traditional saunas along with the safety.  Infrared sauna heaters also can have a life to 10,000 hours.

Here are just a few of the proposed benefits of regular infrared sauna use:

- Pain Relief for muscles and joints

- Increased Detoxification

- Aids in Weight Loss

- Supports Cardiovascular Health

- Promotes Healthy Skin Elasticity and Tone

- Tissue and Muscle Flexibility

- Supports Immune Function and Proposed Aid in Cancer Therapy

- Does not dry up mucous membranes as the conventional counterparts do

There are a few differences between traditional saunas and the infrared sauna.

The biggest reasons I prefer portable and infrared is for the overall health reasons, lightweight portability and affordability.  Visit Saunazone South Africa now http://www.saunazone.co.za or call 0860448367 or 0845557227
